Personal Leadership Skills Analysis

Individual Leadership Skills Analysis For this exposition I have evaluated my authority abilities utilizing hypothetical models and alluded to explicit circumstances and encounters. This includes individual, scholastic and expert reflections and investigates open doors for my vocation ways and self-awareness with an Action Plan for what's to come. This has required basic assessment of my own advancement needs considering my own desires, setting up a comprehension of my transferrable aptitudes and how these can be improved. For this I have considered circumstances in which my administration qualities, styles and aptitudes have been used to help make fruitful results. Foundation My vocation way has included working intimately with and looking into individuals, the two customers and associates the same. In building up my administration aptitudes, I am persistently seeking after further methods of improving the viability of these connections which is gigantically remunerating for me. On leaving school, my first work was inside the movement business. From the beginning, I tried to improve abilities and delighted in the test of addressing the requirements of clients, budgetary targets, preparing of staff, critical thinking, through to the opening and the executives of a movement organization branch quite a while later. Aside from the GCSE capabilities picked up at school, any further scholarly or expert learning has been picked up while in work. The abilities and accomplishments in my own life are similarly transferrable to my work life. For instance, as Chairman of a genealogical society for quite a long while and open talking commitment both fill in as updates that I have hierarchical, research and introduction capacities which I can and ought to use and creating along my vocation way. I am a jail official and, three years prior, I discovered that my foundation was subsidizing a Foundation Degree in Offender Management. My underlying response was one of energy as I had, for quite a long while, thought about some type of Higher Education by method of individual and expert turn of events, however had never investigated the choices. It was a wellspring of tremendous fulfillment to pass the course and accomplish Distinction grade. My learning excursion, encounters and self-improvements, attempted over the most recent three years, would take more than the word tally of this article permits, yet there are key focuses to think about so as to break down my own authority aptitudes and proceed with their turn of events. Hypothetical Models and Personal Experience of Reflection in my Professional Development: From my most punctual days in retail business, at that point Care Work and on to jail official, I have been entranced by individuals and conduct. Working close by others, just as enabling and preparing gives me incredible individual and expert fulfillment. Utilizing intelligent models, for example, Gibbs (1998), appeared in Appendix III, I came to understand that how I decipher circumstances impacts my associations with others. As I will show, this relates legitimately to my character style and how I oversee individuals and circumstances. Connected to this is the significance I place on how I am seen by others and normally look for shared and open connections. Huge numbers of these qualities are found in Carnegie (1938), recorded in Appendix I. The Study Skills Self-Assessment which I finished on 23 October 2007 (Appendix II) featured three principle employability aptitudes I have to create as: Improving own learning and execution Utilization of number (information assortment and understanding) Data and innovation capability Close by these, to create, are my own properties of Self-assurance Adaptability and flexibility Judgment In this evaluation I likewise thought about my own particular shortcomings which incorporate being too self-basic and not applauding my own accomplishments enough which can influence my capacity to be objective about my exhibition. I have a solid supporting need to safeguard others and jump to their salvage which I have come to see as an impediment to my own turn of events and of those I try to help. This is an especially significant region for me to address as future administration jobs will expect me to permit others to take their very own obligation and just offer direction as proper. This rescuer style is blueprint related and I have thought about outline hypothesis and how this concerns me. Beck, (1967:233), portrayed a pattern as ..an intellectual structure for screening, coding, and assessing the boosts that impingeâ on the life form. To put it plainly, compositions are the channels or center convictions we have about ourselves or our general surroundings which impact how we decipher various circumstances in our lives. The idea of the work I do in guilty party recovery expects me to attempt ordinary de-instructions, management, yearly wellbeing audits and every other month directing. This, together with mapping hypothesis and other treatment models I use with detainees, which I have additionally applied to myself, implies I invest a great deal of energy being contemplative and imparting reflections to partners. This characterizes viable strides for a fruitful future yet in addition empowers me to increase more extensive points of view in getting, driving and overseeing others with a scope of assets and situational examination capacities. While, previously and even as of late, I have scrutinized the dynamic procedures of the board, this has reshaped into a longing to increase an all encompassing review of the workplace. Understanding the manner in which we think and oversee ourselves as well as other people has been a significant aspect of my learning throughout the most recent three years. Straker (2008) who develops crafted by Gardner (2006) was useful in valuing that how we collaborate with individuals, at all levels, and is essential for self turn of events. Defeating issues with getting others, for dread this may negate our own hypotheses about ourselves and the world are key obstacles of which I should constantly be careful. Contrary encounters in this have brought about an undesirable perspective on the work environment at the same time, as I said prior, the advantages of an additionally captivating perspective have demonstrated useful in my work and individual prosperity. Just as utilizing Gibbs Reflective Cycle (1998), Kolb (1984) likewise helped me to assess encounters and test theories however I didn't discover it made me to the point of move though Gibbs sets out the arrangement for progressing improvement which is essential for me so as not to remain hesitating. Moon (2004) has been a helpful asset on intelligent work on, advising me that reflection isn't only significant in itself, however should likewise prompt positive change, In seeing what disrupts everything, as opposed to being stuck in examination, to move past and set objectives for positive improvement has been fundamental learning for me and has been an astonishing advantage which I had not expected quite a long while prior. Administration Employability Skills I as of late finished an Employability Skills self evaluation practice which we previously embraced in the principal semester of the Foundation Degree. On doing this, I analyzed the outcomes from the two. It was empowering that one of my primary improvements seems to have been in critical thinking and I consider my Higher Education concentrates in the course of the most recent three years as adding to my more profound breaking down capacities. Considering prior depictions of my learning venture and intelligent logs, it is satisfying to see that I have made some amazing progress in, conquering my own impediments to learning, however making estimated and huge accomplishment which at that point empowers me to direct others in their jobs. Among the key learning encounters for me, close by the abovementioned, are an acknowledgment of the jobs of others, organizing and successful correspondence. My profession way has included working intimately with and checking out individuals, the two customers and associates the same. This was especially obvious when I as of late refreshed my Curriculum Vitae (Appendix IV), which was last arranged very nearly fifteen years back. In building up my administration aptitudes all through my certificate considers, I have found further methods of improving the adequacy of these connections which is enormously remunerating for me. Through systems administration with the executives and offices for assets on investigating jail strategy, security and the board aptitudes, I am presently feeling positive and roused to prevail in profession improvement. In addition to the fact that this is significant from a down to earth, self-improvement viewpoint, yet in addition the satisfying feeling of accomplishment this will bring. Up to this point, I was Supervisor of the Core Sex Offender Treatment Program which was a significant job in building up my administration abilities, advancing staff prosperity just as directing staffs proficient turn of events. Another significant part of this was to stay adaptable yet steady in adjusting these necessities while focussing on the objectives of the foundation Business Plan and Key Performance Target (KPT) needs. This mirrors Handy (1987) who contends for such adaptability in his Trust Control Theory. I wind up accepting the open door to build up the aptitudes of others genuinely and is expressly fulfilling and engaging. The qualities I ascribe to this mirror those of Kandola and Fullerton (1994) in their Mosaic Vision which I have remembered for Appendix V. In Transactional Analysis Theory (Bern, 1961), each individual character is comprised of three sections Parent, Adult and Child. My very own evaluation uncovered a transcendently Nurturing Parent relationship style which is hugely compensating by and by, yet can demonstrate sincerely depleting and isn't without its useful issues. Be that as it may, creating self-assuredness abilities in setting up my own character and aptitudes base has the advantage of defeating any negative rumination and keeps lines of correspondence open. A case of accomplishing this was in testing my line director over my yearly execution survey where I was appraised Achieved and not Exceeded which I felt was merited. I could have disregarded this and ruminated

Thoreaus Transcendentalism - Free Essay Example

In the early 19th century, a philosophy known as transcendentalism emerged in America. Members of the transcendentalist movement believed that the thoughts of individuals were bastardized due to societal issues such as politics and religion. Although transcendentalists held numerous beliefs, the three essential values of transcendentalism are idealism, individualism, and the divinity of nature. Transcendentalists believed that individuals should be independent, and not influenced by the rules of society. Along with individualism, members of this movement used creative writing in order to describe the significance of nature, and demonstrate their love and respect for the natural world. In order to live a successful life free from the judgement of society, transcendentalists believed that it was crucial to connect and understand nature. One of the most influential writers of this period, Henry David Thoreau, was very passionate about nature. Thoreau is most well-known for his book Walden, which describes the importance of living a simple life and being able to provide for yourself while preserving a connection to nature. The transcendentalist themes reflected in the piece were inspired by the time Thoreau lived away from society in a cabin he built himself on Walden Pond. After Thoreaus death, another piece titled Walking was published. In this piece, Thoreau writes on the subject of nature, and dismisses the ideas of society that hinder both individual thought and the experiences provided by nature. Both of these pieces reinforce Thoreaus message that there is value in self-reliance and discovery as well as a connection between man and nature. Throughout both texts, Thoreau explains that nature represents the natural aspect to man that has been subdued by society. Unlike most people, Thoreau believes it is more important to be independent in both social and economic situations than to rely on society to make those decisions. Thoreau finds contentedness in solitude, and refuses to interact with society, unless it is on his own terms. Thoreau also expresses that he does not understand how people can be content in life without a strong connection to nature. A passage from Walking describes Thoreaus opinions on normal members of society, I think that I cannot preserve my health and spirits, unless I spend four hours a day at least†and it is commonly more than that†sauntering through the woods and over the hills and fields, absolutely free from all worldly engagements You may safely say, A penny for your thoughts, or a thousand pounds. When sometimes I am reminded that the mechanics and shopkeepers stay in their sho ps not only all the forenoon, but all the afternoon too, sitting with crossed legs, so many of them†as if the legs were made to sit upon, and not to stand or walk upon†I think that they deserve some credit for not having all committed suicide long ago. Thoreau believes that people are distracted by society, and no longer take the time to enjoy the beauty of nature, and this is incomprehensible to him. In Walden, Thoreau reinforces this idea when he states, Simplicity, simplicity, simplicity! I say, let your affairs be as two or three, and not a hundred or a thousand; instead of a million count half a dozen, and keep your accounts on your thumbnail In both texts, we see that Thoreau expresses his distaste for society. Instead of a mentality exhausted by societal issues, Thoreau encourages readers to think deeply about themselves and their personal connection to nature. In Walking Thoreau says, In my afternoon walk I would fain forget all my morning occupations and my obligations to society. But it sometimes happens that I cannot easily shake off the villageWhat business have I in the woods, if I am thinking of something other than the woods? Thoreau believes that the only way to fix the issues faced by members of society is to keep the interactions with others to a minimum and to take the time to enjoy the splendor of the natural world. Thoreau begins Walking with a quote that that captures the theme of the piece; his admiration of the natural world, I wish to speak a word for Nature, for absolute freedom and wildness, as contrasted with a freedom and culture merely civil†to regard man as an inhabitant, or a part and parcel of Nature, rather than a member of society. Throughout the essay, he describes the wildness present in both man and nature, and uses the activity of walking to explain the human attempt to understand nature. Thoreau believed that man was a part of nature and completely separate from society, and elaborates on this concept in Walden. In order to understand nature himself, Thoreau took a trip to Walden Pond. At the pond, Thoreau lived a simple life and supported himself. He knew that society would be skeptical of his endeavor, but wished to gain valuable knowledge about himself by surrounding himself with the natural world. Unlike other members of society who focused on materialistic things, Thoreau was content with simplicity, and focused his attention on nature. Not only did Thoreau build the cabin he inhabited himself, but he lived off the land eating foods that nature provided, and found entertainment and intellectual simulation in the animals and plants surrounding him. He proved that it was possible to live successfully among nature, and that people who escaped the grasp of society would be more satisfied and aware if they accepted themselves as a part of nature. Thoreau explains that after spending time in nature, he no longer felt that human connection was significant; In the midst of a gentle rain while t hese thoughts prevailed, I was suddenly sensible of such sweet and beneficent society in Nature, in the very pattering of the drops, and in every sound and sight around my house, an infinite and unaccountable friendliness all at once like an atmosphere sustaining me, as made the fancied advantage of human neighborhood insignificant. While Walking and Walden share many of the same themes, the way in which Thoreau presented the ideas was very different. In Walking, concepts are presented more dramatically than they are in Walden. Although he presented his ideas differently in each of the texts, the relationship between the texts explained Thoreaus reasoning for appealing to humans. In fact, an article published by Slate Magazine, claims that Walking is Waldens counterpart. Wen Stephenson said, If you understand Walking, you can almost skip Walden. (Im not really recommending that†in fact, please dont.) What I mean is this: Its clear that Walking, and the actual walking that inspired it, leads to Walden. Within a year of delivering the Walking lecture for the first time, in the spring of 1851, Thoreau was back at his draft of the big book, revising and expanding with renewed creative energy. You could almost say Thoreau walked to Walden. The natural correlation between the two pieces allowed for Thoreau to co nvey to people that in order to live a successful and happy life, they should not depend on society to guide their actions, and that humans were not superior, but equal to nature.

A Case Study on Chest Pain-Free-Sample for Students-Myassignment

Question: Discuss about the Case Study of Chest Pain. Answer: Introduction The report is a basic representation of the case who is suffering from severe chest pain and she is brought in the emergency department of the city Hospital. The report discusses the various diagnostic criteria, differential diagnosis and the treatment processes of the patient. It also observes the history and the present condition of the patient. History of the Patient Presenting the complaint of the patient Julie is a 50-year-old man who is a New Zealand origin was admitted in the hospital yesterday at 5 ma in the morning with the complaint of acute and crushing chest pain. She has reported that he woke up at 4 am in the morning with a substernal form of pressure and the patient felt that somebody was standing on his chest. She has also experienced a huge amount of breathing problem while he was taken to the hospital. On the way to the hospital, he was given 0.4 mg of nitroglycerin to get some sort of relief. She also began to sweat heavily in the ambulance. He has also vomited once in the ambulance. She also reported that the rate of chest pain is about 6 out of 1-0 in the scale of pain. The pain has not radiated since the last few minutes. On his arrival in the Emergency department of the hospital, he has complained that he is still under the problem of hid pressure in the chest and now his pain has mediated to his hands and jaws. There were no signs of pain in the back and the abdome n from his complains. She was immediately given oxygen in the emergency department for improving his loss in breath. Therefore, after a while he was in the emergency ward he was experiencing nausea. History of the presenting problem Julie has complained that he has been having chest pain from past two weeks. She observed that she was suffering this pain whenever he was at rest sitting or sleeping, while exercising and also while taking his meals. Julie is a patient of Hypertension from the last five years and she also under medication for the same. She has complained that he has recurrent form of chest pain is like a pressure in the left side of the heart. She also reported that the rate of chest pain is about 6 out of 1-0 in the scale of pain. The pain has not radiated since the last few minutes. Family History Julie did not have any childhood disease and never have been gone through any surgery rather than when her son was born. She is the only daughter of her parents. Her father died at the age of 60 years due to severe cardiac arrest. Social and professional history Julie is a renowned architect in New Zealand and she lives with her husband and her son. She is married to her husband since 30 years. Three early diagnostic considerations In case of woman, the clinicians often misjudge the chest pain and tend to evaluations the pain of the chest to be a normal pain overlooking the symptoms of the angina pain. However, there are huge level of differences that do exist in the frequency and the quality of the symptoms that are been seen in male patients to the female patients (Wang et al., 2014). In a research it was also found that out of 3100 patients who were undergoing the test of stress exercise, 28% were woman and 55% were male who were currently suffering from acute form of angina; pain. Women are always more likely to have the symptoms of unexplainable form of nausea, shortness of breath, fatigue, back pain and sleep disturbances compared to the men.In the patients who do actually are not presently having the symptoms of acute coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction has been found to have occurred twice as likely in men as in women. In case of the acute coronary syndromes (ACS), the initial form of presentation of the chest pain is more often to be common in the men than the women (Zhang et al., 2017). However, the women with the acute form of MI are always known to be the older and more susceptible form of the complications, and hence making of the diagnosis for them is a key. The presence of the hypertension or diabetes always tends to increases the probability of the diagnosis of acute form of heart diseases. It is important that we recognize that the men and the women comes across the same form of diseases and they also respond to the acute myocardial infarctions within the given context of the societal influences (Mozaffarian et al., 2014). They tends to lay their public believes to the following that are the most common form of symptoms of heart attack, which includes chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, and an inability to move. However, there are clinicians who certainly use the classical symptoms of the diaphoresis, nausea and vomiting, weakness, and syncope for the assessment of the patients (Zhang et al., 2017). It is very interesting to observe that the psychosocial factors that are very much important in case of women than that of the men. Women always tend to misjudge their own risks of heart diseases. Several Studies have observed that the women have been experiencing such symptom of the MI more often that are attended to their various forms of the social form of responsibilities as the mother or the homemaker, whereas the men have their sole focus is on the need for the care of their symptoms. The co morbidity is an essential form of knowing all about the diagnostic criteria of cardio vascular disease. Firstly due to constant pain in the chest can be hint of severe form of regarding the heart. It has been generally seen in patients that due to advanced age they are having angina pain. Second reason can be diabetes. The third sign can be the pain in the jaws, neck and lower abdomen (Mozaffarian et al., 2014). Fourth sign can be the shortening of the breath and the last sign can be the no cturnal angina or due to angina due to severe mental stress. Physical examination The physical examination of the patient with acute chest pain is the best way to know their health conditions. The abnormalities that are revealed in the examination of the acute cardiac pain includes the abnormalities in the rate of the pulse and the heart sounds, the hypo or the hypertension, and that can be the signs of heart failure (Mozaffarian et al., 2014). The crepitation reveals that by auscultation in one or both the bases suggests signs of pneumonia or the case of failure in the heart. There has been reduced sound in the breath on one of the side that can be caused by the pneumothora or are produced focally due to the collapsed lobe. Any form of tenderness on the palpation over the areas of the chest can cause pain that are usually indicates the cause of the musculoskeletal problems that generally includes costochondritis (Crippa et al., 2014). However, there are many patients who are been diagnosed with MI and also have gone acute chest wall pain on the presentation. Any origin of gastrointestinal problems can create chest pain that are associated with the normal form of the cardiac and the respiratory examination, that are unless they are existing but they are in a stable co morbidity (Crippa et al., 2014). An abnormal abdominal are more likely to make the examination of the etiology of gastrointestinal problems. Basic observations are also to be done that generally includes the temperature, BP rate of the pulse and the rate of the heart (Crippa et al., 2014). However, in case of Julie she was feeling nausea when she was taken to the emergency department. Her Blood Pressure is quite high that was 140/120, her heart rate was irregular, her oxygen saturation rate was about 80% and she had the complaint of acute chest pain. The ECG that is performed in most of the patients are not done unless there is a non-cardiac diagnosis that can be made with super confidence. The ECG of the patient should be done as soon as possible after presentation from the doctor (Crippa et al., 2014). The CXR can be confirmed when the respiratory disorders such as pneumothorax or pneumonia does exist. The cardiac ischaemia is generally characterised by the normal form of the CXR, but there are CXR that can provide the clues that are serious for the cardiac pathology, that has the widened form of mediastinum in the aortic dissectionor a very large globular heart in the cardiac tamponade. There are blood tests that are also done on the basis of the present of the patients. An FBC should be ordered to screen for anaemia and evidence of infection. A renal profile is useful as a baseline test. There are some of the further investigations that are needed to be done to confirm the suspected diagnosis. Coronary angiography is required urgently in patients with a STEMI and in patients with an NSTEMI who have high-risk features such as ongoing chest pain and dynamic ECG changes. Differential Diagnosis The various causes of the cardiac arrest includes the arrhythmias, structural form of the heart disease, and the myocardial dysfunction . The non-cardiac form of causes that includes the processes that have increased the preload, increased the different forms of the after load and therefore reduce the rate of the oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood (Newcomb et al., 2013). For instance, in case of the renal failures it can result in the heart failure due to the several fluid retention and anemia. The lymphatic form of the obstruction and the venous obstruction syndromes can be a major cause states that forms of edema, and obesity-hypoventilation syndrome (OHS) that can eventually lead to the right-sided failure of the heart with right side ventricular hypertrophy. The diastolic form of the heart failure may be the most common form of the heart failure among the population of Australia. There are alterations in the ventricular and the arterial coupling that can appear to have the key importance in the impairment of the responses of the hemodynamic response to the exercise, but there are diagnosis of the diastolic heart failure that cannot be neglected even in the existence of the normal form of the diastolic function at its rest (Newcomb et al., 2013). The failure of the heart should be differentiated from the pulmonary edema that are associated with the injury that are found in the alveolar-capillary membrane of the heart and that are caused by the diverse form of the etiologies (Newcomb et al., 2013). The increased form of the capillary permeability is the observed form of the trauma, shock infections in the respiratory tracts, hemorrhagic, sepsis, administration of the several drugs, and the ingestion of the toxins (eg, heroin, cocaine, toxic gases). Several features may also differentiate between the carcinogenic from noncardiogenic pulmonary edema. For the patients with heart failure, the history for the acute form of cardiac arrest and the progressive form of the heart failure symptoms are always present. The physical form of examination may yield clues to acute heart failure. In the elderly patients, confusion and fatigue can eventually be one of the first sort of symptoms for the failure of the heart, which is obviously related to the decrease in the cardiac output. Diagnostic tests Various diagnostic tests are to be conducted to be sure that what kind of disease the patient is suffering through. Angiogram Coronary angiogram The coronary angiogram is generally done when the patient is having major or minor heart attack. It is done to know the current position of the heart. It is also known as cardiac catheterization. The coronary angiograms helps rthe doctors to understand the best treatment that can be given to the patient. Sometimes coronary angioplastisity is the best way to treat the heart blockage. The cardiologist will discuss this option with you before the procedure and it is your choice whether to proceed Blood tests In case of the heart diseases, there are various forms of the substances that are seen in the blood of the patients body. However, the blood tests can also measure the level of the toxic substances and can also tell that how much damage has been occurred in the heart. The most common test that are done for checking the level of heart attack is through the test of the level of troponin in the body. Blood test are also needed for the observation of the other particles like fat, minerals and cholesterol. Blood pressure monitoring The monitoring of the blood pressure are also one of the common factor that can cause severe disease in the patient. In this case Julie is suffering from hypertension and is under medication for the same. Therefore, it is very important to monitor the level of the blood pressure of the patient in a frequent interval. Chest X-ray The chest X ray are also helpful as they can guide the patients to know that there are any signs of the heart attack or not. Echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) It is a common form of heart ultrasound that gives the picture of the functioning of the heart. It uses the probe towards the chest and sometimes it comes down to the esophagus. This test helps the doctor to check whether the problem lies in the heart valves and chambers or the problem is with the heart-pumping rate. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) An MRI is actually the very strong magnets that are created by the radio waves to get a detailed image of the heart on the computer. It can take the pictures that are still or moving from the heart of the patient. Sometimes it has the special dye that is used for making the parts of the heart and the coronary arteries easier to see. Stress tests The stress test helps the doctor to know how the heart works and how the patients should remain active physically. This is done generally done by testing the stamina of the patient through the treadmill running. Tilt tests The Doctors usually use the tilt tests to observe whether there are different body positions that will eventually trigger the abnormal beat of the heart. They are very much useful for the investigating of the hearts of the people who can faint without any explanation. Diagnostic reason and formulation The heart muscles are the most important muscles of the body. The coronary artery disease is the disease that are generally referred to the disease that are build up of the cholesterol in the layers of the artery that causes the blood flow in the body that may produce the arteries that may cause the blood flow to slower down and stop. The heart disease is the result of the plaque that are build up for the arteries of the population that blocks the flow of the blood that tends to heighten the risk of the heart attacks and the stroke. These heart diseases can cause the blockage and clotting in the heart that results in causing the attacks in the heart. There are arteries in the body of the individuals that are smooth and elastic. They become narrow and it also become starved for the level of the oxygen that can be vital in the nutrients that are needed for the pumping of the blood in a proper way. The plaques eventually release its chemicals that have promoted the process of the healing but it makes the inner side of the walls of the vessels of the blood very sticky. Then there are other substances, that include the inflammatory cells, calcium and the lipoproteins that can travel in the bloodstream of the patient and can start with the sticking of the inside of the vessel walls. Eventually, a there is a narrowed form of the coronary artery that may develop in the new vessels of the blood that can go around the various blockage to get the blood that is flowing in the heart. However, when there is a increased form of exertion of the body or stress, the new form of the arteries may be unable to supply the enough amount of the oxygen-rich blood to the muscles of the heart. In some of the cases, the clot in the blood may eventually block the supply of the blood to the muscles of the heart that may cause the heart attack. However, if the vessels of the blood that are connected to th e brain are blocked, usually forms clots in the blood that can result in a ischemic stroke. However, in case of Julie, she was suffering from 30% heart blockage so the doctor have prescribed to get a angioplasting done as soon as possible. Conclusion From the above report we can hence conclude that Julie is suffering from cardio vascular disease and she needs to go through angiogram to reduce the rate of her heart blockage References Crippa, A., Discacciati, A., Larsson, S.
